What's eligible
- We offer replacement or refund only for damaged items or wrong items received.
- Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Change-of-mind returns are not accepted — please double-check your order before buying.
How to request
- Fill the return request form with your order number and the issue details.
- Email photos or your unboxing video to support@hearly.in with your order number — this speeds things up a lot.
- Our team will confirm your replacement or pickup within 24 hours.
Refunds
- If you choose a refund, it is processed 1–2 days after we receive the returned product.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method. For partial COD orders, the ₹50 paid online is adjusted in the refund.
Conditions
- Keep the product in its original condition with all accessories, manuals and packaging.
- We recommend recording an unboxing video — it makes damaged-item claims instant to approve.
