By purchasing from Hearly you agree to these terms.
Products & pricing
- All products are 100% genuine and ship in their sealed, original brand boxes.
- Prices are shown in INR and are inclusive of all taxes (MRP).
- We buy direct with no middlemen, which is how we keep prices low — product quality, warranty and service are never compromised.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.
Payment
- Prepaid: full payment online at checkout.
- Partial COD: ₹50 is collected online when you place the order; this covers the return-shipping cost and is deducted from your total at delivery. The balance is paid in cash on delivery.
Shipping
- Free shipping across India. Orders dispatch within 24–48 hours; delivery typically takes 3–7 working days.
- Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery.
Returns, refunds & warranty
- Returns/replacements are accepted only for damaged or wrong items, requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Refunds are processed 1–2 days after we receive the returned product.
- Every product carries a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Acceptable use
- You must provide accurate order and contact details.
- Fraudulent orders, chargeback abuse, or COD refusal patterns may lead to order cancellation.
