Every product sold on Hearly comes with a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery — no registration needed.
What's covered
- Manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use.
- Free repair or replacement of the defective unit, at our discretion.
What's not covered
- Physical damage, liquid damage, or damage from misuse and accidents.
- Unauthorized repairs or tampering, and normal wear and tear.
- Consumables such as batteries beyond their natural lifecycle.
How to claim
- Email support@hearly.in with your order number, product name, and a description (plus photos/video) of the issue.
- Our team will diagnose the issue and arrange a repair, replacement, or pickup.
- Keep the product in its sealed original box until delivery — warranty starts when you receive it.
